The breakfast selection was decent, though I wished for more

Variety in pastries and sweet options. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Maribor, but the room decor felt dated, and while the bathroom was functional, some fixtures showed wear and tear.

Excellent rooms, breakfast ok, excellent location. Due to the Icelandinc volcano issues, I had to check out a day earlier and they did not charge me the last night. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and quiet. Good sized room with desk for work. Separate wc.

Only possible (minor) criticism is there were no tea and coffee making facilities.

I appreciated the clean room and well-maintained bathroom, indicating attention to detail. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including fresh breads and pastries. Staff offered packed sandwiches and coffee for my early departure, showing great hospitality. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. The only downside was the parking situation. It was tricky to navigate the underground garage. Occasional street noise affected my sleep quality, particularly in the early morning hours.

Great atmosphere for short stays.

I was frustrated with the lack of noise control in the hotel. My sleep was constantly disturbed by loud, crying children outside my room early in the morning. I also found the parking situation unacceptable. The garage was hard to navigate, and it seemed like a gamble to find a space.

I recommend you to publish coordinates of the GPS for finding of your hotel on your web sites.

Extremely complex access to your hotel.

Good breakfast, good location in the town centre, very nice staff, silent rooms (no traffic and no industry), good price value.

The breakfast had great variety and was delicious. Parking can be tricky, so arrive early to secure a spot.

The staff was really kind and welcoming with advice and suggestions. The room was impeccable and I truly enjoyed the traditional-style building.

Location was very good and breakfast was excellent and most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good english we do however think that it was a little overpriced

The lack of wi-fi internet (only cable)

We recently stopped in Maribor and on a spur of the moment decided to spend the night. With Booked.net we identified this hotel as suitable accommodation for our purposes. The "hotel" shares the building and the facilities (reception, breakfast room) with the hostel Uni. Based on the floor plan and the pictures here at Booked.net, the rooms are similar also (but priced very differently.) Thus, the property feels more like a hostel including worn carpeting and surly – not to say rude – staff at the reception. When we inquired how to get our car to the property we were handed a map without the necessary instructions on how to access the pedestrian zone where the hotel is located. Getting the car to the hotel thus became an unnecessarily annoying and frustrating exercise. The receptionist quoted a best rate of € 102 per night. Ultimately, we paid the Booked.net rate of € 76. At neither rate we would judge this property anywhere near “Very good.” We can see how Hostel Uni at half these rates is rated “Good” at Booked.net.

The location is fantastic, right in the center of the old town. The room is clean and bright, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options.
